Do points expire?
No. Your total points are permanent. Once earned, they stay on your account.
Is GeoFun+ the same as my rank?
No. Your rank (Rookie Explorer, Cartographer, Legend, etc.) shows your level of play and has 18 steps. GeoFun+ is a separate membership layer that unlocks perks - you either have it or you don't.
Will GeoFun+ ever cost money?
The points-based GeoFun+ will always be free to earn. We may later add a paid "GeoFun+ Pro" tier with extra perks, but reaching 1,000 points will keep unlocking GeoFun+ for everyone.
Can I lose GeoFun+ once I have it?
No. Points don't decrease, so once you hit 1,000, your GeoFun+ status is permanent.
